Arrival by car

You can reach our zoo via the A3 Zurich - Chur/Chur - Zurich, motorway exit Pfäffikon/SZ, Seedamm, Zentrum, direction St. Gallen Wattwil, Lido or via the Forchautobahn, exit Rapperswil, Zürcherstrasse, Zentrum, direction Lido/Hochschule Rapperswil.

Sufficient parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

Arrival by public transport

We are easily accessible by train, bus and boat. The bus stop 'Rapperswil, Kinderzoo' is directly in front of the zoo entrance. From Rapperswil railway station you can reach Knies Kinderzoo on foot via the subway, Oberseestrasse or Passerelle in approx. 5 minutes, from the landing stage you need to allow approx. 15 minutes on foot. Knies Kinderzoo is pleased to cooperate with the Zürichsee-Schifffahrtsgesellschaft (ZSG).
